Chef Nicolas Diaz has honed his craft in renowned dining destinations, including Madrid, Spain; Bordeaux, France; and Beijing, China. He now serves as the creative visionary behind the culinary direction of Barcino Wine Resto Bar, leading its food concepts across 11 branches as Executive Corporate Chef.
